Yesterday the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) released its list of finalists for the 2020 awards of Distinction, and Marz Homes is pleased to announce that they have received two nominations for Architectural Design. Both nominations are for homes in the South Coast Village community located in Crystal Beach. The Cape May and Oceanridge models are both finalists in their respective categories:
The Oceanridge – South Coast Village – Production Built Home (One Storey)
The Cape May – South Coast Village – Production Built Home (Two Storeys up to 2500 SF)
“South Coast Village is a truly unique community, and there is nothing like it in Ontario,” said Dan Gabriele, President of Marz Homes. “These coastal-inspired homes were designed exclusively to reflect the spirit of the beachside town that is Crystal Beach. We are honoured that the experts at the OHBA recognize the vision that we are trying to achieve.”
The Cape May and Oceanridge homes were part of the Nostalgia Series at South Coast Village. These detached, single-family homes feature large front porches, vibrant exteriors, long driveways, and an exceptional collection of included features. Prior recognition of South Coast Village includes Hamilton Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA) Project of the Year, the OHBA People’s Choice Award, and was a Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) finalist for Community Development, in addition to a multitude of production awards. They are currently accepting VIP registrations for the final release of condo townhomes coming in early 2021.
The OHBA Awards of Distinction is an annual contest that celebrates the top builders in Ontario in over 42 categories. The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts, and winners will be announced live via live stream on Tuesday, November 10th at 3pm. You can learn more, by visiting www.ohbaaod.ca.
