This is why the Marz Homes team is excited to announce that we have once again been awarded the 2020 Home Owner Mark of Excellence Gold Award for Best Customer Experience in the medium volume single family home category.
This award is one of the most valuable honours that we can receive, as it is not an industry award, but decided by the homeowners themselves. Throughout the building process, homeowners are surveyed three times; after they have purchased their home, once they close, and a month after they have moved in. These results are then analyzed and used to determine the award winner.
There are so many hands that touch every home we build, and the care that every single one of our team members puts into each home is why we have received this incredible honour not once, not twice, but for the fourth time.
Our trades, suppliers, and staff are on the front line of our industry and work under all conditions to help put roofs over the heads of our homeowners. Despite these tremendous challenges, they still manage to show up and put the care and attention to detail into each house they build. Not only are we proud of our incredible office, service and décor teams, but we are so grateful for the partners that help make the Canadian dream a reality.
