Congratulations on the purchase of your new Marz Home. From this point it’s all about personalization and it begins at The Marz Homes Design Studio. It’s where you’ll see, touch, and choose all of the personalized elements of your home. At Marz Homes, we are committed to ensuring that your home reflects your personal style. You’ll work with our talented in-house design consultants to guide you through the process of planning and selecting even the smallest details – inside and out.
During your scheduled appointments at the Design Studio, our consultants will guide you through the entire personalization process, helping you identify your style to selecting top products. Our Design Studio showcases classic selections and the latest modern design trends in a series of kitchen and bathroom vignettes, samples and finishes. From selecting carpet and countertops to choosing soaking tubs and faucets, your visit to our Design Studio is a big step toward creating a home that enhances your lifestyle.
Marz Design & Selection Process
Appointment #1:
Structural
Selections
The Structural Selections provides you an opportunity to review your floor plan and discuss permitted structural alterations to your home.
- Pre-permit/construction
- No further structural changes will be permitted after this step
- Your exterior package will be selected at this time (applicable to single homes only)
- 50% deposit of the total spent on structural will be required once you sign off
- 1 virtual (or in person as requested) appointment allotted
Appointment #2 (2 hours):
First
Finish
Selections
- Review finishes & selections included with your home
- Discuss options you may be interested in and focus on interior finishes
- Pricing will be provided for your specific floor plan for any upgrades you may be interested in
- Finish appointment will be in person at our Marz Homes design studio
- Schedule your next design appointment (if required)
Appointment #3 (2 hours):
Final
Finish
Selections
- Review outstanding items from your previous appointment
- Select all finishes for your home and finalize all details*
- 50% deposit of the total spent on finishes will be required once you sign off
