You’ll explore finishes, colours, & fixtures in a space designed to make every decision easy, inspiring, & enjoyable. At Marz Homes, thoughtful design continues beyond the floorplan into every finish & choice you make, because a Marz Home isn’t just built for you, it’s designed around you.

Marz Design & Selection Process
Appointment #1:
Structural
Selections
The Structural Selections provides you an opportunity to review your floor plan and discuss permitted structural alterations to your home.
- Pre-permit/construction
- No further structural changes will be permitted after this step
- Your exterior package will be selected at this time (applicable to single homes only)
- 25% deposit of the total spent on structural will be required once you sign off
- 1 virtual (or in person as requested) appointment allotted
Appointment #2 (2 hours):
First
Finishes
Appointment
- Review finishes & selections included with your home
- Discuss options you may be interested in and focus on interior finishes
- Pricing for set options will be provided based on your specific floor plan. Custom option requests will be reviewed
- Finish appointment will be in person at our Marz Homes Décor Studio
- Please bring the specifications for any appliances you plan to use (stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) so we can review their fit within your selected floor plan
- Schedule your next design appointment (if required)
Appointment #3 (2 hours):
Final
Finishes
Appointment
- Review outstanding items from your previous appointment
- Select all finishes for your home and finalize all details
- 25% deposit of the total spent on finishes will be due at final appointment
- Finishes appointment will be in person at our Marz Homes Décor Studio
