Appointment #1 (1 Hour):
Structural Selections
Shaping the Way You Live
You’ll sit down with our team to review your floor plan and explore approved structural
options that enhance how your home functions- whether that means choosing a kitchen
layout, adding a fireplace or finishing your basement.
For single detached homes, this is also when you’ll select your exterior package —
defining the architectural character that welcomes you home each day.
This stage takes place before permits and construction begin, ensuring your home is
built exactly the way you envision it from the very start.
One personalized appointment (virtual or in-person) – up to one hour of guided consultation
Structural selections are finalized at this stage to allow construction to proceed seamlessly.

First Finishes Appointment
Defining Your Style
In our Marz Homes Décor Studio, you’ll explore the finishes that bring warmth,
personality, and character into your home. From cabinetry and flooring to countertops
and tile, this is where your aesthetic takes shape.
We’ll review what’s included in your home, review appliance specs and guide you
through curated upgrade options tailored to your specific floor plan.
In-person appointment at our Décor Studio – Up to two hours of guided design consultation
Pricing provided based on your selected options.
We partner with trusted brands like Moen, American Standard, Caesarstone, and
Silestone to deliver quality finishes throughout the home.
Appointment #3 (2 hours):
Final Finishes Appointment
Bringing It All Together
This is where every detail is refined and confirmed.
We’ll review any remaining items, finalize your selections, and ensure your home’s
design feels cohesive and elevated.
Once complete, your finishes are locked in — and your home begins its transformation
from blueprint to reality.
